This is a potentially very lucrative commission only position (see below for details).

We predominantly help individuals find assisted living, independent living, Alzheimer’s/memory care communities. We also help find appropriate in-home health, nursing homes, Medicaid planning, moving companies, and other needed services.

Our services are free to the community because communities we work with pay us a fee for finding appropriate residents. Almost every resident we have helped to place has stayed. This is because we take the time to understand our client's complete situation and make sure they find the most appropriate community to meet their needs.

We are seeking a Regional Director/Senior Care Advisor who would like to be part of a program that resembles a franchise, but without having to invest capital to get started. You will not be an employee and we provide no health benefits, etc. We pride ourselves on maintaining a professional environment, where appropriate attire, punctuality and communication skills are emphasized. We believe our processes and systems are top in the placement industry. Our team has over 150 years of combined experience in the senior living industry and will be a wealth of knowledge and guidance to you.

As a contractor with My Care Finders, we will teach you all you need to know and provide the systems and support to be successful. This is a highly rewarding opportunity, but you must be a self-starter to be successful! You will need to spend 40+hours a week to make your business grow and flourish. At times you will need to spend weekends with families either on the phone or touring communities. Business hours are based on business need and may include evenings, weekends and potentially some holidays.

The successful candidate must be organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the mission, vision, goals, and objectives of the company.
  • Must have care and compassion for seniors. Often touring communities with them and providing assistance with making the best decision on appropriate senior living placement.
  • Work from home and travel to appointments and sales calls.
  • Obtain new clients by finding new referral sources in the community.
  • Build and foster relationships with referral sources.
  • Recruit Advisors and be a leader and mentor to them.
  • Communicate with communities to help obtain an agreement for placement of seniors.

Requirements:

  • At least one year experience working in an assisted living community.
  • Personal home must be located in county (or very close) of job listing.
  • Outside sales experience.
  • Must be a self-starter that will work hard without daily supervision.
  • Adequate computer skills.
  • No criminal history, must be able to pass a background check.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Eligible to work in the USA.

Preferred:

  • Developed positive reputation in the community.
  • College degree.

Compensation (W9 Contractor - Commission only position)

This position has an outstanding commission structure! There is no salary provided, so you must be able to financially sustain yourself for 3-4 months until commission begins to come in on a regular basis. The stated compensation range is extremely realistic and attainable with your hard work, although it will take time to build you business to this level. You will also earn commission from the work of those who report to you.

In addition, you will earn a vested value in the form of a bonus payout based on the revenue in your region and the time invested in our relationship (similar to selling a business). The entire concept resembles a franchise (but again, without any financial investment) and you earn longstanding value as a result of your hard work.

Although there is no financial investment, you will need to be in a personal financial situation where you can either utilize savings or have a spouse/domestic partner that can financially sustain your home finances while you are building your business.
